All of the meat you'll find at Red Apron Butchery is locally sourced, humanely raised, and comes to the shop as a whole animal, which means that the skilled on-site butchers hand-cut each tenderloin, carve each filet, and season each string of sausages. On any given day, you'll find around 80 different meat products in the shop, all of which are artisanally-produced in small batches. You can certainly find quality steaks, boneless chicken breasts, and house-cured pepperoni here, but the shop also carries harder-to-find products like goat stock and whipped lardo.
